We recognize that for entrepreneurs, every dollar counts. Venture Artisans appreciates the need for you to manage funding carefully and to invest in professional services wisely.

Therefore, we have developed a fee schedule that is among the most flexible in the market. In this way, we aim to grow with our new ventures and provide lasting value over time - rather than hit you with high fees that could negatively impact your growth potential.

In-Person and Deliverable-Based Programs

We work with you to recommend which elements are most important to your businesses success. Within all of our areas of focus, each deliverable is customized to meet our clients' unique needs. Our deliverable-based programs are based on a $175 hourly rate.

Phone-Based Consulting Programs

15-Day Program: If you are ready to hit the ground running, our 15-Day Program allows us to concentrate on accelerating your vision from concept to reality. Through three 60-minute phone consulting sessions over a 15 day period, we partner with you to develop a roadmap for success. $525 for 3 hourly sessions.

30-Day Program: For those entrepreneurs motivated to launch or expand their business, but perhaps balancing a full-time job in the process, our 30-Day Program is a solid choice. Through five 60-minute phone consulting sessions over a 30 day period, we partner with you to develop a roadmap for success. $800 for 5 hourly sessions.

90-Day Program: For a more in-depth engagement, our 90-Day Program provides for a deep dive into the key success factors for your business. The ten 60-minute phone consulting sessions over a 90 day period starts with prioritizing your opportunities and challenges. By the end of the first session, we will have an assessment to help you get a "snapshot" of where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow. Subsequent sessions chart the course for getting there. $1,500 for 10 hourly sessions.

The CxO Program

Entrepreneurs are typically driven by their love of the craft, be it technology, cooking, or writing, and not by their love for finance, marketing, or operations. If you need a Chief Financial Officer today, a Chief Marketing Officer tomorrow, and a Chief Operations Officer yesterday, our CxO Program is perfect for you. With a weekly eight-hour commitment from our team, we will wear the many hats required to manage the functional side of your business, so that you can focus on what you love, the craft. $1,200 per week.
